Why it is important to do things when you don't feel like it
We don't stop doing things because we grow old.
We grow old because we stop doing things.
Let me explain why.
Everyone wants to feel younger.
Inside and out.
We get blood work done. We measure our weight, fat, hormones, sleep, strength, and cholesterol.
A ton of objective parameters.
But there is something that escapes us.
And it is subjective.
How is your mood?
Do you feel like doing things?
Your attitude.
Your optimism.
Your drive.
That is why today I explain in this video:
- The signs to look for to see if the old man is getting inside you.
- The test where if you mark "I don't feel like doing things," it might be related to accelerated aging.
- How to take advantage of the motivation cycle for better health, fewer wrinkles, and better skin.
- The way we have designed the SuperFuertes program to try to stop that vicious cycle with 10 minutes a day
If you wait to feel like it, many days you won't start.
Those who view aging as something negative live with more inflammation.
More cortisol. More adrenaline.
That wears you down. And makes you more sedentary.
And the less you move, the older you feel.
Don't let the old man in.
